BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean and toned.

The original barbell class. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BODYPUMP is available as a either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

METAFIT

Metafit™ is the original 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout, with over 10,000 coaches teaching worldwide.

Metafit™ can be used as a group studio class, Bootcamp or a one to one training session, Its tough, thats why it gets results!

Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit(™) combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional ‘Old school’ bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire!

CIRCUIT TRAINING 

Our 30-45 minute circuit classes will get the full body working to a level where your body will burn fat and build lots of lean muscle. You’ll strengthen every single muscle group as well as sculpting a good strong core. With timed stations and rest periods each exercise can be tailored to your individual needs therefore the class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
