Drew Wilson

I have been in the industry for 15 years and have worked in every position in health clubs from sales to Fitness Manager.

Fitness and health have been a focus of mine for my whole adult life and as trends have changed I have adapted and developed but a few things have remained a staple. My training revolves around all the big lifts.

I’m a firm believer in great nutrition with the allowance of those things that generally make people happy. No food is off the menu, but we look for a balance of great whole foods and some of whatever you fancy mixed in…

I want to change the culture of low calorie, low sugar, low fat and various diet clubs to a culture of educated, motivated clients who can live a happy, balanced and healthy lifestyle while maintaining a quality relationship with food.

My training is a combination of Power-lifting, body weight training and natural movement and mobility.

I find great balance in this combination as it gives the basic full body strength I require as well as keeping me mobile and in shape.

Lorraine Howie

I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years. Working in gyms before becoming a self-employed Personal Trainer 3 years ago.

I have always had a love of everything related to fitness and was an avid road cyclist for a few years coupled with strength and conditioning training.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve spent more time in the gym lifting weights and doing less cardio and found I love it. My main love being Power Lifting along with body weight training and flexibility which gives me a great balance and an all-round workout…

I am a firm believer in eating well but eating balanced with nothing being a ‘no no’ and have a passion for getting women especially out of the faddy low fat, low sugar diets they have become slaves to.

Our focus is to educate individuals and help them work toward having a healthy relationship with food without deprivation coupled with regular exercise. Leading to a happier and healthier lifestyle.
